Who is responsible for
ensuring that an aircraft is maintained in an airworthy condition?
The owner or operator is
primarily responsible for maintaining the aircraft in an airworthy condition.
However it is always the PIC
responsibility to make sure the aircraft is airworthy before any flight.
How can you find out if the
aircraft is in an airworthy condition as the PIC?
By looking in the maintenance
records, aircraft and engine logbooks.
